Our Lavender Hydrosol is a perfect toner and hydrating mist to use on the face anytime but especially as part of your skin care routine after cleansing with our Lavender and Rose Clay Facial Bar and before applying our Nourishing Facial Oil.
Hydrosol is the natural byproduct of the steam distillation process to collect essential oil from lavender flowers. It’s basically the water that is left from the steam after the oil is separated out. It has the same relaxing, anti-inflammatory, gently antiseptic properties of lavender essential oil – but is less concentrated and more balancing for your skin than essential oil.
